This house definitely has the wow factor for a get-together with friends and family; set in a water park, it is located at the end of a 400 metre wooded drive, next to an 18 acre lake within a completely private 28 acre estate.
The lake has a variety of fishing available from trout, pike, carp and other course fish. There are kayaks and a row boat for guests to use, or you may just choose to wild swim in the lake. The wildlife is significant at the property with an enormous amount of bird life on and around the lake.

This fantastic lakeside cabin offers a contemporary space for living that is both informal and fun; an ideal family get away. The main living area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area.
The seating area is a perfect place for everyone to gather after dinner and enjoy the views across the lake. The large glazed south facing gable gives wonderful views across the lake and floods the interior with light.
There is a steel spiral staircase giving access onto a bridge that spans between the upstairs bedroom and the ‘sleeping loft’. It has a glass balustrade which facilitates the long views through the building. Accessed from the sleeping loft, you will find the balcony for alfresco seating (or sleeping) on warm summer evenings.
